At Promtsute, we aim to provide high-quality ChatGPT prompts and a seamless purchasing experience. While we are confident in the quality of our products, we understand that some situations may require a refund. Below are the conditions under which refunds may be granted, as well as instances where refunds are not applicable.

Eligibility for Refunds


You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • File Issues: If the ChatGPT prompt you purchased is corrupted, defective, or otherwise unusable after download.
  • Unused Purchase: If you have not accessed or downloaded the prompt and submit your refund request within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Preference: If you decide you no longer want the product or are dissatisfied with it, refunds are typically not provided. However, we may consider exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
  • Downloaded or Accessed Content: If you have already downloaded or accessed the prompt and it functions as intended, a refund will not be granted.
  • Late Requests: Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible.

How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for Refund: A brief explanation of the issue, such as why the file is not working or why you are requesting a refund.
  • Supporting Evidence: If applicable, provide screenshots or detailed descriptions that demonstrate the problem (e.g., a corrupted file or inability to access the prompt).

Refund Process


Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method. Please note that refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider and may take additional business days to reflect in your account.

Alternative Solutions & Special Cases


If a refund is not possible but you remain unsatisfied with your purchase, we may offer alternative resolutions, including:

  • An exchange for another prompt of equal value.
  • Store credit for future purchases.
