It governs your access to and use of our digital platform and AI-based prompt generation services (“Site” or “Platform”). By using this Site, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and consented to these terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue all use immediately.

Promtsute specializes in AI-driven prompt generation. Users may download curated prompts and customize them to fit specific purposes.
1.3. Minimum Age Requirement
Only individuals 18 years or older are permitted to use our services. By engaging with the Platform, you affirm that you meet this age threshold and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
1.4. Technical Requirements
Accessing our services requires a supported web browser. We reserve the right to cease support for outdated browsers, and the quality of your experience may vary depending on your system and internet performance.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Accepted Forms of Payment
Purchases can be made via Visa or MasterCard. By providing your payment information, you affirm that you are authorized to use the card and permit us to process relevant transactions.
2.2. Funding Your Account
Users may preload funds into their Promtsute account to purchase ready-made or customizable AI prompts.
2.3. Transaction Authorization
By completing a purchase, you grant Promtsute permission to deduct the total amount—including any applicable fees—from the chosen payment method.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
3.1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the prompt hasn’t been accessed or used. Requests must be submitted using our designated online form or via written request.
3.2. Non-Refundable Payments
We do not issue refunds for requests submitted after the 30-day window. Purchases related to research services, subscriptions, or administrative fees are also non-refundable.
3.3. Impact of Cancellation
Canceling a purchase revokes all usage rights to the content. Any associated materials must be deleted. Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment source.
4. Platform Usage Standards
4.1. User Content Rights
When creating or modifying prompts through the Platform, you grant Promtsute a royalty-free, global, non-exclusive license to use and distribute your content to operate and promote our services.
4.2. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in the following:
- Using bots, automation, or scripts to interact with the Site
- Attempting to bypass security systems or gain unauthorized access
- Impersonating others or providing misleading information
- Exploiting system bugs or loopholes for any form of gain
5. Legal Jurisdiction & Conflict Resolution
5.1. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and will be interpreted accordingly.
5.2. Handling Disputes
Any legal claims or disputes must be resolved exclusively in Czech Republic courts. By using our Platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
6. Limits of Liability
6.1. No Warranties
The Platform and all associated content are provided “as is.” Promtsute does not guarantee uptime, error-free service, or the accuracy of any content. Use at your own discretion and risk.
6.2. Liability Disclaimer
Promtsute and its associates will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, financial setbacks, or business interruptions.
7. User Responsibilities
7.1. Indemnity Agreement
You agree to hold Promtsute and its team harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages stemming from:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform
- Breaches of these Terms
- Violations of third-party rights
- Any damages resulting from your conduct
8. Enforcement and Waiver
8.1. Rights Retention
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the Company’s right to enforce it at a later time. All rights remain intact.
9. Account Termination
9.1. Suspension by Promtsute
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notification.
9.2. Voluntary Termination
If you decide to stop using the service, simply cease access to the Platform. Account deletion is not mandatory.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
10.1. Activities Not Permitted
Users are forbidden from:
- Using automated systems to manipulate the Platform
- Attempting to hack or compromise the Site’s integrity
- Creating false identities or engaging in fraud
- Taking advantage of security flaws or system bugs
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. Content Ownership
All site elements—text, graphics, software—are owned by Promtsute or its licensors and protected by global copyright laws.
11.2. Custom Prompt Ownership
You maintain rights over prompts you create. However, you provide Promtsute a royalty-free, worldwide license to store and use them for operational purposes.
12. General Legal Clauses
12.1. Severability
If any clause is deemed unenforceable by a court, that portion will be removed while the remainder of the Terms stays valid.
12.2. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between you and Promtsute, superseding any earlier discussions or understandings.
13. Policy Revisions
13.1. Right to Modify
Promtsute may revise these Terms as necessary. If material changes occur, we’ll notify users at least 30 days in advance.
13.2. Continued Use
Ongoing use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
